Lucy Foster

/ Bio

Over the past decade, I have been driven by a profound engagement with the photography, and more recently the relationships between object/form and the moving image. Delving into an archive of constructed and found imagery, the nature of my practice touches on topics of presence and absence within time. Often using elements that embody both personal and historical significance, my approach is autobiographical with an emphasis on analogue techniques and physical interventions.

Currently residing in Melbourne.
